Product Manager — QuantumTech & UltraTech

About the RoleDeep Knowledge Group is expanding its teams and is looking for strong, capable and proactive managers who can quickly understand new projects, take ownership of responsibilities and deliver measurable results.This is intentionally a broad management role. We are not hiring for one narrowly defined project or function. The specific area of responsibility will be determined based on the candidate's strengths, experience and demonstrated performance during the initial period of work.The manager may become involved in project development, business development, partnerships, product coordination, operations, research-driven initiatives or other priority areas across Deep Knowledge Group projects.Key Responsibilities

• Quickly understand new projects, products, markets and internal priorities.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and move them forward with limited supervision.
• Coordinate projects, stakeholders, timelines, deliverables and follow-up actions.
• Structure complex or ambiguous tasks and turn them into clear action plans.
• Conduct research and prepare proposals, presentations, reports and other working materials.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams, external partners, clients and senior decision-makers when required.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, growth, partnerships, commercialization or operational efficiency.
• Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Product, Analytics, Marketing, Research, IT and administrative teams.
• Use CRM, project-management and AI tools to organize work, research information and improve productivity.
• Provide clear updates on progress, next steps, blockers and results.
• Be ready to take on a more specialized role as the best fit becomes clear through practical work.Requirements
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in management, project coordination, business development, partnerships, consulting, operations, product development, research or another demanding business environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to understand unfamiliar or complex topics quickly.
• High level of ownership, initiative and personal responsibility.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several tasks or workstreams in parallel.
• Clear and structured communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to independently identify next steps instead of waiting for detailed instructions.
• Strong research, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Practical experience using AI tools for research, analysis, communication or productivity.

• Experience in technology, DeepTech, AI, analytics, market intelligence, life sciences, finance or other knowledge-intensive industries.
• Experience working with investors, corporations, governments, research institutions or technology companies.
• Experience launching or developing new products, projects, partnerships or commercial initiatives.
• International work experience or exposure to GCC/UAE, European, UK, US or Asian markets.
