Working at Gate 8 AI Solutions offers exposure to cutting-edge AI applications in health and insurance technology.Role Description The Product Manager – RCM Healthcare will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for revenue cycle management solutions, from discovery and requirements gathering through design, development, launch, and continuous improvement. This full-time on-site role, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, involves close collaboration with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to build and refine AI-driven products for claims processing, billing, and payment integrity. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing user and market needs, defining product roadmaps, writing clear product requirements, prioritizing features, and coordinating cross-functional execution. The Product Manager will engage with healthcare providers, payers, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure alignment with operational workflows, compliance standards, and performance goals. The role also includes monitoring product metrics, collecting feedback, and iterating on solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.Qualifications Strong product management skills, including roadmap planning, requirements definition, and stakeholder communication.Experience in revenue cycle management (RCM), healthcare claims processing, or health insurance operations.Ability to collaborate with technical teams working on AI, data analytics, and software development.Proficiency in analyzing product performance metrics, conducting market research, and making data-driven decisions.Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and concepts related to fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) detection.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.Demonstrated ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.Prior experience in the Middle East healthcare or insurance market is a plus.Comfort working in a diverse, multicultural environment and commitment to inclusive, ethical product practices.
