You’ll also work closely with sales, marketing and support them to ensure strong revenue with great customer satisfaction.Job Responsibilities:Define and champion the product roadmap with a measurable impactCollaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, customer support, legal, and design teams to ensure alignment on roadmap and prioritization.Manage SaaS Platform direction on product releases via Market research, Customer research, metrics proposition, sales feedback and marketing overviewManage the GTM activities (positioning, pricing, messaging) for product launch and product adoption while collaborating with Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, Pre-sales and Engineering teamHandle frequent interaction with customers & feedback loopsCollaborate with Engineering and UX team on product development processes and different product releasesOwns the Complete ownership of the product from ideation to launch & post launchEnsure that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goalsSkills & Requirements:    Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering orrelated technical discipline with technical expertise in the SaaS domain as a Product Manager3 years of experience in Product, owning complete b2b saas product preferably from BFSI segment.Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) and Vibe Coding methodologies to accelerate product development and decision-making.Strong understanding of REST APIs, API integrations, and API documentation.Good knowledge of database concepts, data models, and schema design.Analytically oriented with strong communication skills and an ability to think strategicallyProven ability to influence cross-functional teams and effective deadline managementCreate and manage feature backlogs and maintain product feedback boardsRegularly create and update product requirement documentsWork on customer feedback and queries and update the roadmap accordinglyExperience working with fast moving startup is a plus
