Bachatt provides a savings and investment platform to specifically target over 30 crore self-employed individuals in India, who find mutual funds and investment platforms daunting. Bachatt is on a mission to bring over 30 crore Indians to invest in mutual funds, and generate wealth beyond the usual instruments of FDs and Post Office schemes.Further, the vision is to empower them to access the full suite of financial products like loans, insurance and credit cards, in a simplified and curated experience, like an offline insurance or mutual fund agent provides them.The company was founded in November 2024 and raised over $15 million in two rounds of funding, by leading marquee investors of the likes of Lightspeed Venture Partners, Info Edge Ventures and others.Founders: Anugrah Jain (CEO), Ankur Jhavery, and Mayank AgarwalAbout SaathiSaathi is not another fintech product. It is an ambition to help 30 crore Indians build wealth.We are building Saathi from 0 → 1, a product designed to make wealth creation simple, intelligent, and accessible for millions of Indians, including those who have never had a structured approach to saving and investing.What You’ll BuildWe’re looking for a Product Manager who wants to build, not maintain. You’ll have the opportunity to shape Saathi from the ground up, experiment with emerging AI capabilities and define how millions of customers could interact with their finances through AI.If you’re excited about AI + consumer products + fintech and want to build something from 0→1, this could be the role for you.Own the 0→1 product journey, vision, strategy, roadmap and execution.Deeply understand user behaviour, financial needs and wealth-building journeys.Convert ambiguous problems into simple, delightful product experiences.Work closely with founders, design, engineering, data and business teams to ship fast.Define product metrics, run experiments and continuously improve adoption, engagement and wealth creation outcomes.Build products that can scale from thousands of users to 30 crore Indians.Challenge assumptions, move fast and take end-to-end ownership.Who Are We Looking For?Someone who:Has 3–7 years of product experience, preferably in fintech, consumer tech, wealth, lending or payments.Has experience building products from scratch, not just managing existing ones.Is obsessed with users, metrics and outcomes.Can comfortably move between strategy, user research, data and execution.Has strong product sense and an ability to simplify complex financial problems.Thrives in ambiguity and genuinely enjoys building in a high-ownership startup environment.Good to haveExperience building products using LLMs / Generative AI / AI agents.Experience with conversational AI or chatbot products.Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, AI evaluation or model APIs.
