Product Manager Voice

VOICE AI PRODUCT MANAGER- DUBAI- CAN RELOCATE FROM ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD!I’m currently partnering with a fast-growing FinTech company, who are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Voice AI to join their team in Dubai.This is a highly technical, AI-focused product role sitting between Product, Engineering, AI, and the wider business, owning the development and evolution of Voice AI products and AI agents used across customer communication and collections.🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Voice AI products and capabilities.• Build and scale AI-powered voice agents from discovery and concept through to production and continuous optimisation.• Work closely with Engineering and AI teams across LLMs, conversational AI, speech technologies, APIs, integrations, and telephony infrastructure.• Translate customer and business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.• Own and prioritise the product backlog, balancing technical priorities, customer needs, and commercial opportunities.• Define and monitor key Voice AI metrics across latency, accuracy, containment, call completion, customer experience, and commercial performance.• Drive continuous experimentation and improvement across conversation flows, agent performance, and overall voice experience.• Report into the Lead Product Manager.✅ What We’re Looking For:• 4+ years’ experience in Product Management, with 1.5 years+ working on Voice AI Products.• Strong experience building products across Voice AI, Conversational AI, CPaaS, CCaaS, Contact Centre technology, or programmable communications.• Strong understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents.• Comfortable discussing technical concepts including APIs, integrations, telephony, SIP, STT/TTS, IVR, routing, and real-time communications.• Proven experience taking complex technical products from 0→1 and scaling them in production.• Strong understanding of product metrics, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a commercial and product-first mindset.✅ Additional Information:🎁 Salary: 25K-30K AED a month- TAX FREE!🏠 Hybrid working – Dubai-based.🏠 Relocation package: 2 weeks hotel stay and flights to Dubai paid for.🏥 Private medical insurance for individual only.🇦🇪 UAE employment visa provided for individual only.
