Also, possesses a good understanding of project/timemanagement skills.Experience: 2 to 5 years in Ad-Operations/Product-Operations domainWorking hours: US Shift Hours (7pm – 4am IST)Location: BangaloreRoles and Responsibilities:Is expected to learn the Jivox platform to manage the Ad-operations tasks independently.Is expected to understand - Site ad functionality, including knowledge of all ad products.Work under tight deadlines and ensure task/projection completion in-timePrepare and edit HTML code used to deliver ad creative.Interact independently with both clients and other internal departmentsGenerate - Campaign reporting with analytic and proprietary tools.Troubleshoot targeting issues, resolve any traffic issues and reconcile discrepancies.Ideal candidate is someone who possesses the ability to take initiative and drive projects with minimal supervisionJob Requirement:2-5 years’ experience in online ad trafficking, campaign management activities.Understanding of ad-serving technologies, in different ad servers.Knowledge of HTML (Mid-level), CSS, Flash, and JavaScript (Basic level)Knowledge of 3rd party advertising tagsAbility to multi-task and work efficiently within a high-paced changing environment.Ability to work under tight deadlinesStrong organizational and time management skillsMust to HaveKnowledge of 3rd party advertising tagsKnowledge of HTML, CSS, Flash, and JavaScriptUnderstanding of ad-serving technologiesGood to HaveExperience with project management toolsExperience managing technical & co-ordinating with Product teamsSoft Skills requirement:Excellent and effective communication skills.Good interpersonal relationship skills (Team Player).
