You will also need to work collaboratively across design, product development, and commercial and creative teams. This is a vital role in the Product Operations Team that requires a driven individual with the abilities to be hands-on, have a keen eye for details, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.Main Responsibilities:Support logistical needs via tracking, receiving packing and unpacking of samples shipmentsManage sample fitting and photoshoot samples to ensure that tasks are executed timely and accuratelyAssist in planning out supplier risk management protocols and managing supplier assessment & analysisKeep all tracking systems promptly updated providing effective visibility to internal teamsCommunicate with multiple vendors to ensure deadlines for all production and photoshoot samples are metRaise any issues of ordered styles that will potentially bottleneck production and escalation of reporting where requiredAttend any quality complaints and feedback, work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate issues, and ensure timely responsesAssist with any cross-functional team inquiriesSupport the department with other relevant duties as directedRequirementsAvailable for 6 months internship commitment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Natural excellent communicator with great interpersonal skillsYou Should Have / BeExceptional attention to detail and strong organisational and planning skillsAbility to research and understand technical documentationThe willingness to explore and follow best practicesSelf-motivatedExcellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrate experience managing multiple projects and/or tasks and easily switching focus as requiredAbility to interact with multiple levels of staff and express ideas articulately, verbally, and in writing to a variety of audiencesStrong customer service skillsBenefits Flexible Work ArrangementHybrid work set-up with twice a week office visits Learning and Career DevelopmentLearning and development (i.e. subscription plans to best-in-class resources, personal development fund etc) #TeamLB perksGenerous staff discount off LB productsCorporate partnerships with a variety of companiesEmployee driven peer-to-peer recognition platform to honour and celebrate everyday achievements
