Product Owner (Business Banking) / Onsite - Dubai

Product Owner – Business BankingOwn and drive the product vision, roadmap and delivery for Business Banking products, aligning product strategy with business objectives and customer needs.Gather, analyse and translate business requirements from stakeholders into clear product features, user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritised product backlogs.Work closely with Business Banking, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance and UX teams to define and deliver scalable digital banking solutions.Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirement gathering, backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, UAT, release management and post-production enhancements.Collaborate with technology teams to ensure solutions meet functional, technical, regulatory and security requirements, while managing dependencies, risks and delivery timelines.Monitor product performance, customer feedback and business KPIs to identify opportunities for product improvements, process optimisation and new capabilities.

Requirements

8–10 years of overall IT experience, with substantial experience working as a Product Owner / Product Manager in the Business Banking domain.Strong understanding of business banking products, processes and digital banking platforms, preferably covering SME/Corporate Banking, payments, lending, deposits or cash management.Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, product backlog management, user stories and stakeholder management.Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
