The roleWe take a client workstream and own it to production. You own one of them — scope, sequence, acceptance, and the difficult conversation when something slips.You'll run it inside an AI-charged delivery process. AI drafts requirements, stories, test cases, and much of the code; our people approve every stage before work moves on. On our last core platform programme, 81% of delivery work products were AI-drafted before review, and it shipped in four months against the client's own twelve-month estimate. Both are our own measurement.This changes the job in one specific way: your specification isn't a handoff document, it's an input an AI system executes against. Ambiguity a human engineer would quietly resolve becomes a defect at volume.
