This isn't a theoretical AI play, it's launching a live Workforce Management process powered by autonomous AI agents.They need a Sr. Product Owner who is more than a backlog manager. They need a strategic, tech-savvy owner who can bridge business value, agile execution, and AI.What You'll OwnStrategic Product OwnershipPartner with the overall Product Owner and business sponsors to shape the strategic vision and roadmap for specific digital product functionalityDrive customer value – translate business priorities, dependencies, and economic drivers into a roadmap that delivers measurable ROIMonitor business performance metrics, adoption, and market evolution to recommend product adjustmentsRepresent the end-user in feature design and testing to ensure usability and impactExecution & AI Agent LeadershipGather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria with a focus on Data & AI use casesAI Agent Interaction: Write, test, and review prompts for AI agents; evaluate AI outputs to ensure alignment with business requirementsPartner with Business Analysts to write project specificationsManage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure smooth handoff to the Agile Delivery TeamOwn Agile ceremonies: Portfolio Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Release Planning in Azure DevOpsTeam & Business AlignmentServe as a core member of the Agile Delivery Team, jointly accountable for capturing business value and executing strategic initiativesProvide context to the Agile Delivery Team to build solutions for current and future business needsRemove impediments by gathering information from business stakeholders and partnering with Scrum Masters / business leadsRegularly report progress against business plans and broader visionMust-Haves6+ years as a Product Owner and 8+ years total experience as a Project Manager, Consultant, or Product Manager leading software products with developersBachelor's in Computer Science or related technical field – or equivalent practical experienceProven experience with Agile / Scrum framework in a cloud-based environmentTechnical background – you've either developed software or worked hands-on in a technical environment.
