Product Owner | Workflow Automation & Network Platforms📍 Budapest, Hungary📄 12-Month ContractDrive Workflow Automation from Vision to ProductionWe are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the delivery of workflow automation and port activation capabilities within a complex enterprise technology environment.This role sits at the intersection of Product Ownership, Delivery Governance and Technical Coordination, combining roadmap ownership and requirements definition with hands-on execution across network, automation, tooling and platform teams.What You'll DoOwn and maintain the product vision, roadmap and milestone plan for workflow automation and port activation.Translate business and operational needs into clear requirements, User Stories, acceptance criteria and delivery priorities.Balance strategic automation objectives with delivery constraints, dependencies, risks and stakeholder expectations.Manage execution through Jira, milestone tracking, action plans, status reporting and management reviews.Coordinate UAT, release readiness, demos, training and operational handover.Drive decisions, risks, dependencies and approvals through to completion.Act as a central coordination point across network, automation, tooling and platform teams.Facilitate cross-functional discussions and drive alignment on priorities and trade-offs.Partner with engineering and operations teams on workflow design, data flows, integration patterns and validation logic.Ensure solutions are scalable, auditable and ready for production and operational adoption.Maintain structured documentation in Confluence, including requirements, process flows, decisions and release materials.Identify opportunities for intelligent and AI-enabled workflow automation.What We're Looking For✔ 5–10+ years of relevant experience across Product Management, Project Management, Workflow Automation, Network Infrastructure, Platform Engineering and/or Agile delivery.✔ Strong experience translating operational and business needs into product requirements, delivery plans and measurable outcomes.✔ Experience coordinating complex cross-functional technology teams.✔ Strong stakeholder management across technical, operational and management functions.✔ Good understanding of workflow automation, systems integration and data flows.✔ Experience supporting release governance, UAT and operational handover.✔ Strong delivery governance, documentation and communication skills.✔ Experience with Jira and Confluence.✔ Ability to communicate progress, risks, blockers and decisions effectively to senior stakeholders.Experience with Splunk/UFO, CMS, ASPT, NMDB or similar infrastructure tooling is valuable but not essential; the JD itself presents these as familiarity rather than mandatory expertise.Interested?If you combine strong Product Ownership with technical delivery experience and enjoy turning complex operational processes into scalable automation, we'd like to hear from you.Apply with your updated CV.
