The organization places strong emphasis on its people, fostering a culture of partnership, growth, and high performance.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Owner role based in Jiddah. The Product Owner will manage the product backlog, define and prioritize user stories, and ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering and refining requirements, and translating stakeholder input into clear product features. The role involves working closely with development and design teams to oversee sprint planning, review progress, and validate deliverables. The Product Owner will also monitor product performance, analyze feedback and data, and support continuous improvement of product value and user experience.Qualifications Proven experience in product ownership or product management, including backlog management, requirement gathering, and user story creation.Strong skills in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication with technical and non-technical teams.Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Ability to analyze data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions and prioritize features.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Product Owner, Scrum) are a plus.Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and digital solutions; previous MSP or technology services experience is beneficial.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make informed trade-off decisions under time and resource constraints.Professional proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
