Product Owner

Responsibilities

Own the product backlog, roadmap, and release planning across the full ecosystem: mobile apps, admin portal, and websiteWrite and maintain product documentation: PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes, and decision logsDrive developer handoff: detailed specs, edge cases, and design-to-build fidelityWork closely with UX to evaluate, iterate, and improve the existing product based on user feedback and usability findingsTranslate healthcare regulatory requirements (SFDA) into product decisions and maintain compliance traceabilityOwn commercial logic: program structures, payment flows, and e-invoicing compliance (ZATCA)Champion Arabic-first and accessible experiences for elderly and low-digital-literacy usersRun discovery with patients, caregivers, and health coaches; convert insights into validated requirementsCoordinate with clinical advisors to keep product scope within safe, approved boundariesBring and communicate a clear vision for where digital health is heading and how Ithnain stays ahead

Requirements

5+ years in product ownership or product management, ideally 2+ in healthtech, telehealth, or another regulated domainProven delivery of a consumer mobile app end to endExperience managing multiple connected surfaces (mobile, web, admin/back-office) as one coherent productHands-on with product management tools (Jira, Notion, Figma, or equivalents) for backlog, documentation, and cross-team collaborationStrong documentation discipline: able to keep requirements, decisions, and releases traceableExperience collaborating with UX/design teams on continuous product improvementUnderstanding of healthcare regulation in digital products, or proven ability to work in regulated environmentsExperience with two-sided platforms (provider-consumer, marketplace, or similar)Preferred:Familiarity with the Saudi health ecosystem and digital health landscapeRecognized product certification (e.g., CSPO, PSPO, Pragmatic Institute, or equivalent)Exposure to agile delivery in small, fast-moving teams
