Function: Product · 1 opening · RiyadhAbout SHIFTERSHIFTER is a Saudi B2B delivery orchestration platform. We connect merchants with licensed delivery operators through one platform: a direct technical integration, a prepaid account, transparent pricing, and a service level that is agreed upfront and reported every month. We own no fleet and employ no drivers. We start in Riyadh.The roleYou will own SHIFTER's platform end to end: the merchant API and integrations, the merchant dashboard, the prepaid wallet, the rate-card engine, operator dispatch and the SLA engine. You decide what we build and in what order, write the specs, lead the engineering team through delivery, and answer for the results in production. You report to the CEO.What you will doOwn the product roadmap and backlog for the merchant, operator and internal surfaces, ranked by measurable impact on activation, order volume, SLA and margin.Discover needs directly: at least 6 merchant or operator interviews a month, plus order and funnel data, before anything enters the backlog.Write clear specs and acceptance criteria (user stories, API contracts, edge cases, failure states) that engineers can build from without guessing.Run delivery with the engineering team in two-week sprints: planning, refinement, acceptance and release, with a release you can name every sprint.Define and track product KPIs: time to integrate a merchant, order success rate, on-time delivery against SLA, wallet top-up rate and support tickets per 1,000 orders.Make pricing rules, SLA rules and settlement (T+5) configurable and auditable, together with the Pricing Specialist and finance.Keep the platform ready for regulatory and data requirements (Transport General Authority licensing, PDPL) with compliance before launch.What you bring5+ years in product ownership or product management, including at least 3 years on a live B2B platform, marketplace, logistics, delivery, fintech or API product in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.You have shipped products to production yourself and can show, with numbers, the result of at least two releases you owned (adoption, conversion, retention, cost or time saved).Strong technical fluency: you read API documentation, design REST endpoints and webhooks with engineers, and write SQL to answer your own questions.Hands-on agile delivery with a backlog tool (Jira, Linear or similar); a Scrum Product Owner certification (PSPO or CSPO) is a plus, not a substitute for results.Experience with dispatch, order management, payments or wallet systems is a strong advantage.Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken.
