SaaS Data Analyst / Product OwnerRemote / Home-based | Occasional London travelWe’re looking for a SaaS Data Analyst / Product Owner to join an ambitious B2B SaaS business developing innovative products for the property and financial services sectors.This is a hands-on role where you’ll sit at the intersection of data, product, customers and technology. You’ll work closely with leadership, customers and developers to turn business needs into well-designed, data-driven products, with a particular focus on AI and automation.What you’ll be doingOwn and manage product backlogs, priorities and deliveryTranslate high-level requirements into clear functional, screen and data designsAnalyse data and processes to identify opportunities for AI and automationDevelop and refine algorithms and data-driven solutionsWork closely with developers using an agile Scrumban approachLead UAT, releases and delivery milestonesEngage with customers and internal stakeholders to understand needs and communicate solutionsSupport product launches, documentation and live product issuesWhat we’re looking forYou’ll have experience in a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Functional Designer or Product Owner role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.You should have:Strong SQL and relational database skillsExperience with data analysis and basic statisticsThe ability to understand JSON and data manipulationExcellent written, analytical and communication skillsExperience creating functional specifications and product designsA pragmatic, problem-solving approach and strong attention to detailConfidence working with both technical teams and customersAn interest in AI, machine learning and emerging technologyYou’ll be a self-starter who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in shaping and delivering new SaaS products.
