Delivery Lead | Product Owner (AI Platform)Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEContract format: 6 months extendable contractWe are partnering with a leading technology organisation delivering a major digital transformation programme within the public sector in Abu Dhabi.As the programme continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Delivery Lead to take ownership of key workstreams and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile programme focused on innovative digital and AI-enabled products, working within a fast-paced, multicultural environment.The RoleReporting to the Programme Manager, you will lead the delivery of multiple product-focused initiatives, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and delivery teams.You will be responsible for driving requirements, coordinating product development activities, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring successful delivery across the product lifecycle.This role is highly client-facing and requires someone who is comfortable operating in complex stakeholder environments, influencing decisions, and constructively challenging requirements where necessary.Key ResponsibilitiesLead delivery of strategic digital product initiativesGather and refine business and customer requirementsSupport product discovery, design, prototyping, and delivery activitiesCreate and manage product and project documentationBuild and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationshipsFacilitate workshops, meetings, and decision-making sessionsIdentify risks, dependencies, and delivery challengesProvide structure, governance, and direction across assigned workstreamsCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams and programme leadershipRequirementsEssential5+ years' experience in Product, Delivery, Programme, or Consulting rolesStrong stakeholder and client management experienceExperience working with external clients rather than purely internal business functionsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesConfidence challenging assumptions and asking difficult questions when requiredUnderstanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycleExperience working within large corporate environmentsFluent English communication skillsPreferredConsultancy backgroundExperience working with government or public sector organisationsGCC/Middle East experienceKnowledge of data-driven products or platformsExposure to AI, digital, or emerging technology initiativesWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will be commercially aware, highly organised, and confident in managing demanding stakeholders.
