Product Owner (m/w/d)

Your New Role:As a Product Owner (m/f/d), you'll own the supply side of our marketplace – one of the key growth drivers of our business. Together with your team, you'll build digital solutions that create real value for healthcare professionals. You'll play an active role in shaping our product strategy, driving the development of new features, and leveraging modern technologies such as AI to continuously evolve our product – including identifying new use cases and innovative ways to apply them.Own the continuous development of the doctari App and work closely with your cross-functional team to deliver innovative features for healthcare professionals.Prioritize the product backlog based on user needs, market demands, and key product KPIs.Lead the entire product development lifecycle – from Product Discovery and Delivery through to a successful product release.Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX Design, and internal stakeholders to make well-informed product decisions based on both technical and business requirements.Analyze product performance metrics, derive actionable insights, and continuously optimize the user journey within the app.Drive the adoption and integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across both the product itself and the product development process.Your Experience & Personality:At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role within a SaaS, software, platform, or app environment.Proven experience in building and scaling digital products, with a strong background in Product Discovery, data-driven decision-making, and agile product development.A solid technical understanding that enables you to grasp architectural decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and collaborate with Engineering as an equal partner.A passion for AI-powered products, modern technologies, and innovative approaches to product development.Strong analytical thinking, a pragmatic mindset, and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.Excellent German and fluent English skills complete your profile.What You Can Expect:With us, you'll take full ownership of the doctari App and shape a product that makes a real difference in the daily lives of healthcare professionals.
