Job Title: Sales & Marketing ManagerJob SummaryThe Sales & Marketing Manager will lead revenue generation and business growth for MagikHands by acquiring customers, building strategic partnerships, increasing brand visibility, and driving adoption of the MagikHands AI-powered artisan marketplace and training platform. This role is results-driven and requires a proactive individual who can identify opportunities, close deals, and contribute to the company's growth.Key Responsibilities* Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.* Identify, engage, and convert new customers, artisans, corporate clients, and partners.* Build and manage strategic partnerships with businesses, institutions, and organizations.* Generate qualified leads through field marketing, digital marketing, networking, and referrals.* Promote MagikHands' AI marketplace, artisan training programs, and business solutions.* Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities.* Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve business performance.* Track sales performance and submit weekly and monthly reports.* Collaborate with the operations and product teams to improve customer experience and business growth.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)* Monthly revenue generated.* Number of new customers and artisans onboarded.* Number of strategic partnerships secured.* Lead conversion rate.* Customer retention and satisfaction.* Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.Requirements* 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.* Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.* Experience in technology, marketplaces, or startups is an added advantage.Send Cvs: magikhands24@gmail.com
