Product Specialist (Aesthetic Clinics - UAE)

Tursian, a leading multinational US based premium skincare brand, is hiring experienced Product Specialists to join our team immediately for Abu Dhabi & Al Ain.The successful candidates will be responsible for managing and expanding our presence within beauty aesthetic clinics, dermatologists and healthcare professionals across the UAE.Key Responsibilities·      Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge in managing the sales of premium skincare products.·      Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, clinic managers and the entire clinic team.·      Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by consistently meeting company objectives through simple, smart and effective sales strategies.·      Organized and highly effective at managing tasks with excellent planning, prioritization, and execution.·       Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.·       Prepare customer visit plans, sales reports and maintain accurate records.·       Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences and industry events.Requirements·       2 to 5 years’ experience in selling premium skin care products.·       Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.·       Highly organized, self-motivated, and a strong problem solver.·       Highly presentable with excellent professional etiquette and strong brand representation skills.·       Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are mandatory.·       Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.·       Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is required.·       Immediate joinersWhat We OfferCompetitive salary + performance-based commission.Career growth with a leading premium skincare brand.If you have the required experience and are passionate about premium skincare sales, we encourage you to apply.
