Product Specialist – Aesthetic Dermatology

The Product Specialist will provide in-depth product knowledge and demonstrations of aesthetic dermatology solutions to dermatologists, aesthetic practitioners, clinics, and hospitals. Responsibilities include conducting product trainings, supporting workshops and in-clinic demonstrations, and ensuring customers understand proper product use, benefits, and safety. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, responding to product inquiries, and providing timely technical and clinical support. The Product Specialist will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to support product launches, gather market insights, and help achieve sales targets through professional and ethical promotion activities. The position also requires regular field visits, reporting on customer feedback, and staying up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory considerations.Qualifications Experience as a Product Specialist or in a similar product-focused role, preferably in aesthetic dermatology, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, customer feedback, and product performance data.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear product presentations, trainings, and demonstrations.Customer service and relationship management skills to support healthcare professionals and aesthetic clinics effectively.Sales and negotiation skills to support the commercial team in achieving revenue and growth objectives.Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, biomedical engineering, nursing, or a related healthcare field is preferred.Previous experience in aesthetic dermatology, skincare, or related medical aesthetics fields is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, conduct frequent field visits, and manage time and territory independently.Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools; strong organizational and reporting skills.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is an added advantage.
