The Product Specialist will be responsible for promoting assigned pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals through regular field visits, product presentations, and scientific discussions. Daily tasks include building and maintaining relationships with physicians and pharmacists, providing accurate product information, and addressing medical and product-related inquiries. The role involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support sales strategies and product positioning. The Product Specialist will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets, execute promotional plans, and ensure high standards of customer service and ethical promotion.Qualifications Strong product specialization capabilities, including understanding of pharmaceutical product features, indications, and competitive positioning relevant to a Product Specialist role.Developed analytical skills to interpret market data, sales reports, and customer insights, and to translate findings into actionable recommendations.Excellent communication skills for delivering clear product messages, conducting scientific discussions, and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Customer service and relationship-building skills to support healthcare professionals, respond to inquiries, and maintain long-term partnerships.Proven sales aptitude, including territory management, target achievement, and experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is highly preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related life sciences field.Familiarity with neuropsychiatric or CNS therapeutic areas is an advantage.Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, with strong organizational and reporting skills.Fluency in Arabic and good command of English (written and spoken).
