Product Specialist

The Product Specialist is responsible for promoting, supporting, and providing technical expertise for the company’s healthcare or pharmaceutical products in the UAE market. This role involves engaging healthcare professionals, driving product adoption, conducting training sessions, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Promote assigned products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staffConduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and training sessionsProvide technical and clinical support on product usage, safety, and benefitsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and decision-makersCollaborate with sales, marketing, and medical teams to achieve sales targets and business growthMonitor competitor activities, market trends, and product performanceSupport tender submissions and procurement processes for hospitals or clinicsEnsure compliance with UAE regulations (MOH, DHA, DOH) and company policiesMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecastsProvide feedback from the field to support product development and marketing strategiesQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical product sales in UAEStrong knowledge of assigned product portfolio and clinical applicationsExperience working with hospitals, clinics, or healthcare institutions preferredExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsFluency in English; Arabic is an advantageWillingness to travel within UAEKey Competencies:Technical and clinical product knowledgeSales and negotiation skillsRelationship building and stakeholder managementAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesTime management and organizational skills
