Product Specialist

Location: United Arab EmiratesJob Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a knowledgeable and results-driven Product Specialist to support the promotion, sales, and market growth of our products across the UAE.The ideal candidate will have experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, aesthetic, dermatology, skincare, or healthcare industry and the ability to confidently present products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and other relevant customers.This role requires a combination of product knowledge, sales ability, customer relationship management, and market awareness.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and develop assigned products within the designated territory or customer segment.Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for doctors, dermatologists, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.Identify new business opportunities and support customer acquisition.Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Develop strong technical and commercial knowledge of the assigned product portfolio.Provide customers with accurate product information and respond to product-related queries.Conduct regular field visits and follow up with customers to generate and close sales opportunities.Support product launches, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, workshops, and educational events.Monitor competitor activities, customer feedback, market trends, and pricing.Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to execute commercial strategies.Maintain accurate customer records, visit reports, sales activities, and opportunities in the company's CRM system.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.Support payment collection and follow up on outstanding accounts when required.Ensure all product communication and promotional activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Marketing, Business, or a related field.1–3+ years of experience in product promotion, medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, aesthetics, dermatology, skincare, or healthcare sales is preferred.Strong product presentation and communication skills.Ability to explain technical or scientific product information clearly to customers.Proven ability to build relationships and achieve sales targets.Experience working with clinics, hospitals, doctors, dermatologists, pharmacies, or healthcare professionals is an advantage.Strong negotiation, sales, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively.Valid UAE driving license is preferred.Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.Key SkillsProduct KnowledgeMedical & Scientific CommunicationSales & Business DevelopmentCustomer Relationship ManagementProduct Presentations & DemonstrationsTerritory ManagementNegotiationMarket ResearchCompetitor AnalysisCRM ManagementWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work with professional pharmaceutical, medical, aesthetic, and skincare products.Product training and professional development opportunities.Exposure to healthcare professionals, clinics, and industry-leading brands.Career growth opportunities within a growing organization.Job Type: Full-time
