Product Specialist

ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is seeking highly motivated, experienced, and strategic-thinking to join our team in the banking industry. We are looking for a Product Specialist to manage and develop a portfolio of technology products and solutions across AI, IoT, Video Analytics, Security, and Smart Solutions.The role will act as a bridge between vendors and partners, Sales, Presales, Professional Services, Development, and Support, with a focus on product evaluation, vendor management, integrations, and internal product enablement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage products throughout their lifecycle and track roadmaps and updatesUnderstand product capabilities, use cases, and requirementsMaintain communication with vendors and technology partnersCoordinate demos, POCs, training, and technical supportSupport Presales and technical teams with product compatibility and integrationAssist with testing, POCs, and product validationProvide product and technical support to Sales and Presales teamsSupport presentations, demos, RFP/RFQ responses, and solution comparisonsProvide product knowledge, training, and resources to internal teamsMaintain product documentation, presentations, and FAQsMonitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologiesIdentify new products, partnerships, and product improvement opportunitiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field1-3 years of experience in Product Management, Solution Management, Business Analysis, or a similar technology-focused roleExperience working with vendors or technology partners is preferred
