The company partners closely with physicians and healthcare providers to deliver state-of-the-art medical equipment along with clinical support, training, and expertise for successful adoption.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Specialist role based in Abu Dhabi, The Product Specialist will support the promotion, implementation, and clinical use of advanced medical technologies across the company’s portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, providing technical and clinical support to healthcare professionals, and assisting with training sessions and workshops. The role involves collaborating with sales teams to address customer needs, gathering market feedback, and contributing to product positioning and strategy. The Product Specialist will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant therapies, devices, and competitive offerings to ensure accurate, evidence-based guidance for clients.QualificationsProduct expertise and specialization skills, including experience in Product Specialist or similar roles within medical devices or healthcare technology.Strong analytical skills to interpret clinical data, market insights, and customer feedback and translate them into actionable recommendations.Effective communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical information clearly to clinical and non-clinical audiences.Customer service skills focused on building long-term relationships with healthcare providers and delivering reliable, timely support.Sales-related skills, including collaboration with sales teams, support for commercial activities, and understanding of consultative selling.Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Pharmaceutical, or a related field; advanced degrees or clinical background are an advantage.Experience in the medical device or healthcare sector in the MENA region is preferred, particularly in Neurosurgery, pain management, neuromodulation, or specialized therapies.Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, travel within the region as needed, and adapt to a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.UAE experience is A MUST.Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an asset.You can share your email to the below address: HR@atreesintl.com
