Product Specialist

ECOSOFT, in partnership with Romstal Romania, is looking for a Product Specialist who will be responsible for developing and supporting ECOSOFT water treatment solutions across the Romanian market.The successful candidate will be officially employed by Romstal Romania and will work closely with both Romstal and ECOSOFT teams.The main objective of the role is to strengthen the visibility, product knowledge and commercial performance of ECOSOFT solutions in Romania.This is a hands-on position combining product expertise, partner training, merchandising, sales support and market development.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and support the ECOSOFT product portfolio within Romstal RomaniaEnsure strong product visibility and correct merchandising at Romstal and partner locationsConduct product training for Romstal and partner sales teamsSupport product presentations, demonstrations and customer meetingsMonitor the market, competitors and new business opportunitiesCollect customer and partner feedback and share insights with relevant teamsCooperate closely with Romstal commercial teams and ECOSOFT product, technical and sales teamsWhat we are looking forExperience in product management, technical sales, product training, merchandising or B2B salesUnderstanding of B2B distribution, ideally within technical productsAbility to understand and clearly explain technical solutionsStrong communication and presentation skillsProactive, structured and customer-oriented approachWillingness to travel when requiredIndustry experienceExperience in water treatment, filtration, HVAC, plumbing, environmental technologies or other technical B2B sectors would be a strong advantage.LanguagesRomanian – requiredEnglish – requiredAdditional languages relevant to international cooperation are an advantageWhat we offerOfficial employment with Romstal RomaniaResponsibility for the development of ECOSOFT products in RomaniaProduct and technical trainingClose cooperation with international ECOSOFT teamsDirect interaction with Romstal branches, partners and customersOpportunity to directly influence the growth and commercial performance of ECOSOFT water treatment solutions in RomaniaWhy join us?This role is an opportunity to combine product expertise, commercial thinking and partner development while working with an international water treatment brand.You will have the opportunity to directly influence how ECOSOFT products are presented, understood and developed in the Romanian market, while cooperating closely with both Romstal Romania and ECOSOFT teams.
