PRODUCT SPECIALIST – CRANIOFACIAL & PLASTIC SURGERY | RIYADH & EASTERN PROVINCE, SAUDI ARABIA

Medics Group is expanding its team in Saudi Arabia and is looking for an experienced Product Specialist – Craniofacial & Plastic Surgery to join our Surgical Specialties Division, covering both MOH and Private Healthcare sectors across the Riyadh region and the Eastern Province.THE OPPORTUNITY – PRODUCT SPECIALIST, CRANIOFACIAL & PLASTIC SURGERYAs a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth for two specialised portfolios: porous polyethylene implants for craniofacial reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, including standard and patient-specific implants for facial, orbital, cranial, nasal, and ear reconstruction, and a non-surgical infant ear correction system that reshapes ear deformities in newborns during the first weeks of life.You will build strong relationships with plastic, maxillofacial, ENT, oculoplastic, and neurosurgeons, as well as neonatal and paediatric teams, and work closely with internal teams to support cases, train clinicians, raise awareness, and contribute to the growth of both portfolios in the Kingdom.WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with plastic and reconstructive surgeons, oral and maxillofacial surgeons, ENT/facial plastic surgeons, oculoplastic surgeons, and neurosurgeons in MOH and private-sector hospitals.
• Promote the craniofacial implant range, including chin, malar, and mandibular implants, orbital floor and orbital volume implants, cranial reconstruction implants, microtia and nasal reconstruction implants, orbital spheres, and ptosis slings.
• Coordinate patient-specific (customised) implant cases, liaising between surgeons, radiology (CT data), and the manufacturer’s design team from planning to delivery.
• Provide in-theatre case support and product guidance during reconstructive and aesthetic procedures.
• Build the infant ear correction business with maternity hospitals, neonatal units (NICU/nursery), paediatricians, and plastic surgeons, creating early-referral pathways so newborns are treated in the first weeks of life.
• Organize physician training on applying the infant ear correction system and support clinics in setting up the service.
• Run awareness activities, product presentations, workshops, and CME sessions for surgeons, paediatricians, midwives, and nursing staff.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop existing accounts.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs across the Riyadh and Eastern Province territory.
• Prepare and manage weekly and monthly activity and travel plans covering both regions.
• Participate in tenders, quotations, and sales opportunities across the assigned territory.
• Provide consistent and accurate market, customer, and competitor feedback, including on competing implant materials and ear-moulding products.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to implement aligned sales and business-development plans.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS· Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related field.· Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the Saudi healthcare market, preferably in Riyadh and/or the Eastern Province.· Experience in CMF, plastic surgery, ENT, neurosurgery, or ophthalmic implants is highly preferred.· Operating Room case-coverage experience is a strong advantage.· Experience working with neonatal, paediatric, or maternity departments is an advantage.· Good understanding of craniofacial anatomy; experience with patient-specific implants is a plus.· Established relationships with plastic, maxillofacial, or ENT surgeons in Riyadh and/or Eastern Province hospitals is an advantage.· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing healthcare accounts.· Experience dealing with MOH and private-sector hospitals and tenders is preferred.· Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.· Fluency in Arabic and English.· Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel regularly between Riyadh and the Eastern Province.LOCATIONRiyadh & Eastern Province (Dammam, Al Khobar, Dhahran, Al Ahsa), Saudi ArabiaRegular travel between both regions is required.If you are an experienced surgical specialties sales professional looking for an opportunity to grow with innovative craniofacial and paediatric solutions, we would love to hear from you.Apply through Medics Group LinkedIn Jobs: Medics Group – Job Vacancies business practices.
