We're hiring Product Specialists on behalf of a leading healthcare company in Saudi Arabia, across two complementary portfolios: Radiology Solutions (CT, MRI, X-ray, interventional radiology/vascular) and Cardiac & Surgical Equipment (cardiac monitoring, surgical instruments, endovascular devices). These are hospital-facing, clinically-oriented roles suited to candidates who enjoy being in the field with physicians and technologists rather than behind a desk. Please indicate which portfolio matches your background when you apply.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the clinical and technical point of contact for hospital departments (radiology, cardiology, cath lab, surgery) on the assigned product portfolio.Deliver live product demonstrations, in-service training, and hands-on workshops for physicians, technologists, and nursing staff to drive adoption and correct product use.Provide direct procedural support — for radiology, this may include CT/MRI/X-ray imaging protocols and contrast media handling; for cardiac/surgical, support during catheterization or surgical procedures.Support the tender process end-to-end: technical specification review, clinical evaluation documentation, and coordination with the sales team on NUPCO/Etimad submissions.Manage equipment installation, commissioning, and after-sales technical support in coordination with service/biomedical engineering teams.Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), department heads, and biomedical engineers across assigned hospital accounts.Track product performance and customer feedback, escalating quality or technical issues to the principal/manufacturer as needed.Maintain up-to-date clinical and technical knowledge of the product line through manufacturer training and industry conferences.What We're Looking For3+ years of experience as a Product Specialist, Application Specialist, or in a similarly hands-on clinical/technical role in medical devices — radiology imaging equipment or cardiac/surgical equipment, respectively.A clinical or technical foundation is strongly preferred: radiology technologist licensure, nursing background, or biomedical/medical engineering degree.Demonstrated experience delivering product training and hands-on demonstrations to clinical staff.Comfortable working directly in hospital environments, including exposure to procedure rooms, cath labs, or imaging suites as relevant to the portfolio.Familiarity with NUPCO/Etimad tender processes is an advantage.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Radiology, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or similar).Based in Jeddah (radiology and general coverage) or Riyadh; willing to travel regionally as needed.Fluent in Arabic and English.Nice to HavePrior experience with specific brands relevant to the portfolio (e.g., Fujifilm, Mindray, Cordis, Schiller, AMBU, or similar).MBA or postgraduate coursework in progress, showing commercial as well as clinical orientation.
