Product Specialist - Orthopedic

HEKA Trading is establishing its Orthopedic Division and is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Product Specialist with expertise in Sports Medicine and Trauma.This opportunity is ideal for a healthcare professional with a strong clinical background, hands-on experience supporting Sports Medicine and Trauma procedures, operating room exposure, and a passion for introducing innovative orthopedic solutions to surgeons and healthcare institutions.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and support a portfolio of Sports Medicine and Trauma orthopedic products.Provide clinical and technical support during orthopedic surgical procedures.Assist surgeons and operating room teams with product selection, application, and usage.Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for surgeons and operating room staff.Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders.Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales and business development objectives.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product applications, surgical techniques, competitor activities, and market trends.Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and clinical support.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare discipline.Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in Sports Medicine and/or Trauma products.Hands-on experience supporting orthopedic procedures in an operating room environment.Experience working with internationally recognized orthopedic brands is highly desirable.Strong understanding of Sports Medicine and Trauma procedures, surgical techniques, and operating room protocols.Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.Excellent communication, presentation, training, and relationship-building skills.Valid UAE driving licence is required.Join HEKA Trading and play a key role in building a high-performing Orthopedic Division focused on delivering innovative clinical solutions and exceptional support to healthcare professionals.
