The company also imports specialized medical equipment into Japan and supports a broad domestic network of over 650 direct sales staff across more than 100 offices.Nihon Kohden Middle East is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Patient Monitoring Systems (PMS) Product Specialist to support the continued growth of our patient monitoring business across the region.This role combines product management, clinical education, marketing strategy, sales support, and market development. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales teams, distributors, customers, regional management, and global headquarters.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement product and marketing strategies for Patient Monitoring Systems.Deliver product, application, and clinical training to sales teams, distributors, and end users.Analyze market trends, competitor activity, sales pipelines, and business performance.Support product launches, campaigns, demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, and customer presentations.Conduct customer visits, workshops, congress participation, and trade-show activities.Work closely with distributors to develop product champions and strengthen market knowledge.Support product registration, forecasting, strategic planning, and go-to-market activities.Maintain regular communication with Nihon Kohden headquarters regarding market trends, new products, and regional strategy.Candidate Profile3–5 years of relevant professional experience.Strong knowledge of patient monitoring systems, medical devices, clinical applications, or related healthcare technologies.Experience in product training, demonstrations, market analysis, and distributor support.Commercially focused, analytical, and confident working with customers and sales teams.Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Willingness to travel across the region and participate in international industry events.Immediate availability would be an advantage.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated healthcare professional who wants to combine clinical expertise with product strategy and commercial development.Interested candidates are invited to apply through LinkedIn with an updated CV.#Hiring #ProductSpecialist #PatientMonitoring #MedicalDevices #HealthcareCareers #ClinicalApplications #ProductManagement #NihonKohden #MiddleEastJobs #HealthcareTechnology
