Ntigra is committed to using AI to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support better patient outcomes across the healthcare industry.Role Description The Product Specialist – RCM is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role focuses on understanding Ntigra’s AI-driven RCM products, especially Discovery and related technologies, and translating their value into clear, practical solutions for healthcare clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, supporting sales and business development teams with technical product expertise, and collaborating with implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption. The Product Specialist – RCM will analyze customer workflows, identify optimization opportunities, and provide ongoing customer service and training to maximize product utilization and satisfaction. The role also involves gathering feedback from clients, monitoring product performance, and working with the product and engineering teams to inform enhancements and new features.Qualifications Strong product specialization skills, with experience as a Product Specialist or in a similar product-focused role, ideally within healthcare, RCM, or SaaS.Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to interpret RCM data, identify patterns in denials and cash flow, and propose data-driven improvements.Clear and professional communication skills for presenting complex AI and RCM concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Demonstrated customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships, handling inquiries, and providing training and support.Sales-oriented mindset, with experience supporting sales cycles, delivering product demos, and contributing to proposals and solution design.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.Familiarity with EMR/RCM systems, healthcare billing processes, or revenue cycle operations is highly beneficial.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple client engagements, and collaborate with global teams.
