Product Team Lead

We are HIRING!!! Looking for an experienced Product Lead who can take ownership of digital products end-to-end — from defining the vision and strategy through discovery, roadmap, delivery, launch and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and optimisation
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product priorities
• Work closely with UX/UI, engineering, architecture and data teams
• Lead and mentor Product Managers/Product Owners across multiple initiatives
• Use customer insights, analytics and KPIs to guide product decisions
