Apply & track with Apply EdgeProduct Team Lead – MENAWe are supporting a leading multinational pharmaceutical company in the search for a Product Team Lead to drive the strategy and sustainable growth of a high-potential specialty care portfolio across the MENA region.This is a broader role than traditional brand management. Acting as the business owner for the product portfolio, the Product Team Lead will combine hands-on marketing expertise with P&L accountability and cross-functional leadership. The role will bring together colleagues from Medical, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory, Finance and other functions around a shared product ambition; leading through influence rather than formal authority.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine the portfolio’s short-, mid- and long-term ambition across MENA markets.Lead the development and execution of the integrated brand and commercial strategy.Hold P&L responsibility, including forecasting, investment allocation and performance management.Assess market potential and shape differentiated growth and market-entry strategies by country.Translate market data, customer insights and performance trends into clear strategic choices.Guide segmentation, targeting, pricing and customer-engagement principles.Lead a cross-functional Product Team within an agile, non-hierarchical working model.Build strong alignment with regional and global stakeholders while maintaining close awareness of local market realities.Identify and develop new growth opportunities supported by robust business cases and ROI considerations.What We Are Looking ForApproximately 6–10 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.Strong hands-on pharmaceutical marketing and brand management experience is essential.Demonstrated ability to interpret market and performance data, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into differentiated country strategies.Experience leading cross-functional teams, ideally within a matrixed or agile organization.Experience shaping market-entry, access, pricing, and growth priorities in partnership with relevant functional experts.Experience in innovative specialty care portfolios, complex treatment pathways, or hospital-based products is strongly preferred.Exposure to MENA or other multi-country markets would be a significant advantage.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.The position may be based in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Morocco or Algeria, depending on the selected candidate.This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic yet hands-on pharmaceutical marketer who is ready to take broader ownership of a product business and lead its next stage of growth across diverse markets.
