قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجAbout the RoleThe Product Trainer plays a pivotal role in helping schools and teachers unlock the full value of Toondemy’s educational software, digital content, and early-learning expertise.Partnering closely with teachers, academic coordinators, school leadership teams, and Toondemy’s commercial team, the Solutions Consultant supports the successful introduction and implementation of Toondemy across Nursery, FS0, FS1, FS2, KG1, and KG2 classrooms.The role combines early-years education, teacher training, customer engagement, product implementation, and academic consulting. The successful candidate will establish credibility with educators, demonstrate how Toondemy can be incorporated into classroom teaching, and help schools achieve meaningful learning outcomes through the platform.Beyond school engagements, the Solutions Consultant will collect structured feedback from teachers and school leaders and work closely with Toondemy’s Product, Content, and Engineering teams to improve the platform, develop relevant classroom use cases, and strengthen the overall teacher and student experience.ResponsibilitiesSchool Implementation and Teacher EngagementSupport the onboarding and implementation of Toondemy across nurseries and schools.Engage with teachers, academic coordinators, school principals, and school leadership teams to understand their curriculum, teaching practices, classroom requirements, and learning objectives.Conduct platform demonstrations, implementation workshops, classroom observations, and academic discovery sessions.Help schools identify practical and age-appropriate ways to incorporate Toondemy into classroom teaching, lesson plans, learning centres, group activities, and independent learning.Support teachers working with children between the ages of three and six across Nursery, FS0, FS1, FS2, KG1, and KG2.Build strong, long-term relationships with schools and act as a trusted advisor on the effective use of Toondemy.Teacher Training and Academic EnablementDesign and deliver engaging training programmes for teachers, teaching assistants, academic coordinators, and school leadership teams.Train educators on how to use Toondemy’s software, educational content, classroom tools, and reporting features.Develop training materials, teacher guides, classroom playbooks, lesson ideas, implementation processes, and supporting documentation.Demonstrate how Toondemy can complement existing teaching methods and curriculum objectives rather than operate as a standalone digital activity.Provide guidance on early-years pedagogy, differentiated instruction, play-based learning, activity-based learning, storytelling, classroom engagement, and child-centred teaching practices.Conduct refresher training and follow-up sessions to improve teacher confidence, platform adoption, and classroom usage.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with teachers and school leadership teams to collect structured feedback on Toondemy’s content, usability, classroom experience, and learning impact.Identify recurring teacher challenges, product gaps, content requirements, implementation barriers, and emerging classroom use cases.Communicate customer feedback and academic insights clearly to Toondemy’s Product, Content, Design, and Engineering teams.Translate teacher and school feedback into practical and actionable recommendations for product development.Partner with Product and Engineering teams to test new features and evaluate their suitability for early-years classrooms.Work with Marketing and Commercial teams to develop customer-facing narratives, demonstrations, case studies, training content, and school-engagement materials.Support the organisation in strengthening its understanding of school requirements, teacher behaviour, curriculum needs, and classroom implementation.School Account SupportEstablish academic and product credibility with key school accounts.Develop strong relationships across different levels of the school, including classroom teachers, academic coordinators, heads of early years, principals, and school management teams.Provide ongoing implementation support to help schools maximise the educational value of Toondemy.Track teacher training, platform adoption, classroom usage, implementation progress, and areas where additional support may be required.Conduct periodic school visits, teacher check-ins, and classroom observations.Support schools in resolving implementation challenges and improving teacher engagement with the platform.Travel regularly to nurseries and schools across the UAE as required.RequirementsEarly-Years Teaching ExperiencePrevious teaching experience in an early-years, nursery, kindergarten, or primary-school environment is required. The candidate should have direct experience teaching children between the ages of three and six.Experience teaching one or more of the following age groups or classes is preferred:NurseryFS0FS1FS2KG1KG2Curriculum ExperienceExperience working within at least one of the following educational systems is required:Early Years Foundation Stage — EYFSCentral Board of Secondary Education — CBSEBritish curriculumCambridge, O Level, or A Level school environmentsDirect experience teaching early-years classes within these school systems would be highly advantageous.Pedagogical KnowledgeDemonstrates a strong understanding of early-childhood education, age-appropriate learning, lesson planning, classroom management, differentiated instruction, and different methods of teaching.The candidate should be comfortable advising teachers on areas such as:Play-based and activity-based learningChild-centred teachingEarly literacy and language developmentPhonicsBlending and segmentingEarly numeracyStorytellingVocabulary developmentClassroom engagementDevelopmentally appropriate use of technologyTraining and Presentation SkillsThe candidate should have strong presentation, demonstration, facilitation, and communication skills and should be comfortable conducting both individual and group training sessions.Experience working as an academic coordinator, early-years coordinator, curriculum specialist, teacher trainer, education consultant, or school implementation specialist would be an advantage.Technology and Product CapabilityComfortable using educational software, digital classroom tools, presentation platforms, and online learning resources.Communication and FeedbackStrong written and spoken English is required.Arabic language skills would be an advantage but are not mandatory.Travel and DrivingA valid UAE driving licence is required.The role requires regular travel to nurseries and schools across the UAE.
