Production & Development Assistant

CRAIG GREEN is looking for a highly organised and motivated Production & Development Assistant to join our London studio on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience within the fashion industry, a strong understanding of garment construction and production processes, and the ability to work collaboratively and efficiently within a fast-paced studio environment.Key responsibilities Assist with the development, tracking, and approval process for seasonal raw materials, fabrics, and trims.Maintain tech packs, update technical sketches, and ensure clear communication across Design, Atelier, and Production teams.Monitor PPS timelines and critical paths to ensure on-time bulk deliveries.Liaise daily with global manufacturers and suppliers to track production schedules and proactively resolve issues.Measure garments for fittings, compile detailed fit notes, and carry out component checks against BOMs.Work alongside the Logistics team to manage seamless shipments between vendors and factory partners.Support day-to-day studio operations, logistics, photoshoots, and special projects as required.What We’re Looking ForStrong work ethic, time management, and organisational skills.Excellent communication skills (factory communication experience preferred).Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; experience with Zedonk is a plus.Solid understanding of garment construction, technical terminology, and tech packs.A collaborative team player who excels in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
