Production & Installation Manager (Aluminum & Glass)

Team members join a growing organization committed to innovation in architectural aluminum and glass systems.Role Description : We are looking for a (Production & Installation Manager) with proven experience in the aluminum and glass industry — someone who understands fabrication, assembly, quality control, and site installation, and can take full responsibility for the work from the factory through final installation.Key Responsibilities :* Manage and supervise aluminum and glass production and assembly inside the factory.* Review approved drawings, dimensions, specifications, and production requirements before manufacturing.* Ensure all aluminum and glass products are fabricated and assembled accurately and according to approved specifications.* Inspect and approve every unit before it leaves the factory.* Ensure workers follow approved drawings and instructions and do not make unauthorized technical decisions or modifications.* Identify and resolve production issues before products reach the project site.* Supervise installation teams and regularly visit project sites.* Ensure proper installation, alignment, levels, dimensions, fixing, sealing, and finishing.* Supervise installation of glass facades, aluminum windows and doors, glass partitions, shower enclosures, glass balustrades, glass staircases, frameless glass systems, and other architectural aluminum & glass works.* Coordinate between factory production and site installation teams.* Minimize fabrication errors, rework, material waste, and installation defects.Requirements :* Proven hands-on experience in aluminum and glass manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, and installation.* Strong practical experience in aluminum windows & doors, glass facades, curtain walls, glass partitions, shower enclosures, glass balustrades, glass staircases, and frameless glass systems.* Previous experience in production and installation management, including supervising factory and site teams.* Strong ability to read, understand, prepare, and modify shop drawings and technical drawings, with practical experience in AutoCAD.* Good knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC), applicable regulations, standards, specifications, and technical requirements related to aluminum, glass, facades, windows, doors, and architectural glazing works.* Strong knowledge of quality control, dimensional accuracy, fabrication, assembly, and installation requirements.* Ability to identify technical issues, make sound decisions, and ensure that workers follow approved drawings and instructions without unauthorized modifications or improvisation.* Valid Saudi driving license is mandatory, with the ability and willingness to travel between the factory and project sites.* Arabic proficiency is required; English proficiency is highly preferred.* Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, organization, and team-management skills.* Hands-on, detail-oriented, decisive, and accountable, with a strong commitment to quality and timely execution.Our Ideal Candidate :We are looking for someone who can personally inspect the work and confidently determine whether it is correct, incorrect, or requires rework.Workers are responsible for execution.
