Our production sites and representative offices are located in Poland, US, Ukraine, Colombia, Mexico, UAE, Egypt, Oman, Indonesia and China, with over 15,000 successful implementations across the world.We are looking for a Production & Operations Manager to lead our local representative office and assembly/facility operations in Muscat.Role Overview This is a hands-on, generalist management role overseeing a compact local team and a small-scale assembling facility. You will act as the key operational driver on site, combining production coordination, facility management, and warehouse/logistics oversight.This role is ideal for an operational lead used to managing small-to-mid-sized facilities or regional technical hubs, rather than large-scale industrial plants.Principle Duties & ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily assembly and production schedules on site, while directly supervising local technical and operational staff.Keep all technical and operational documentation organized and up to date.Oversee site infrastructure, manage contracts with local utility providers (electricity, gas, water), and arrange routine facility maintenance.Maintain strict compliance with HSE standards, electrical safety, and fire safety regulations, serving as the main contact for local authorities and audits.Manage local warehouse operations, inventory control, and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics suppliers.Job SpecificationsDegree in Engineering, Petroleum, or a related technical domain.3+ years of operational, facility, or production management experience in an industrial environment (ideally within electrical equipment manufacturing or assembly).Hands-on experience leading teams of up to 30 people and managing facility infrastructure.Strong independence and ability to handle operational priorities as well as local client and partner relationships.Full professional fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).Working ConditionsThis is a full-time, on-site role based at our new facility in the Rusayl Industrial Estate (Seeb, Oman).
