From production and fabrication to final installation and event execution, we support businesses and organizations across various industries.Role Description The Production & Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Manage daily production planning, job scheduling, and staff allocation.Supervise printing, CNC routing, signage fabrication, acrylic works, vinyl application, painting, and finishing.Monitor production progress, quality, deadlines, and material usage.Check approved artwork, technical drawings, measurements, and job specifications before production.Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper handover of confirmed orders.Supervise signage installation, dismantling, and maintenance at client sites.Coordinate installation teams, site access, tools, materials, and safety requirements.Conduct quality checks during production and installation.Troubleshoot production and site issues and report delays to management.Maintain daily job status reports and ensure efficient use of manpower and equipment.Qualifications3–5 years of relevant experience in signage, advertising, or fabrication in the UAE.Strong hands-on knowledge of signage production processes and materials.Experience supervising both workshop production and site installation.Ability to read technical drawings and understand measurements and specifications.Excellent team management, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.Good communication and coordination skills.Computer skills for scheduling and reporting.UAE driving licence is preferred.Flexibility to work on site installations and occasional night shifts when required.Interested candidates can send their CV to HR via WhatsApp at +971 52 792 7403.
