Production & Supply Chain Manager – Electronics Manufacturing – UAE | 12-Month Mission

We are looking for an experienced Production & Supply Chain Manager to lead manufacturing operations and supply chain activities within the electronics industry .🔹 Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily manufacturing operations, production planning, capacity, quality, and on-time delivery.Lead production teams, ensuring performance, efficiency, and HSE compliance.Manage production quality, non-conformities, and corrective actions.Drive supply chain planning, inventory management, S&OP, and MRP processes.Manage procurement, supplier relationships, and EMS partners.Anticipate electronic component shortages, obsolescence, and supply risks.Oversee logistics, customs, and export-control compliance.Monitor production budgets, unit costs, and operational KPIs.Collaborate with engineering and industrialization teams throughout the product lifecycle.🔹 Required Qualifications:Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.10+ years of experience in production and/or supply chain management within electronics manufacturing.Willingness to relocate to the UAE for the mission.Proven experience managing serial production lines or EMS-based manufacturing operations.Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, S&OP, inventory management, and supplier negotiations.Solid understanding of the electronic components market and supply chain challenges.Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.Fluent English is mandatory. Arabic is a plus.
