Therole, based in Louisville, KY, combines production coordination, technical operationssupport, client communication, and problem solving to help our teams deliver immersive point-of-view camera feeds which integrate seamlessly into professional broadcast workflows.Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate live wearable camera deployments for sports broadcasts, events, demonstrations, and client productions.
- Support camera check-in and check-out processes, including equipment assignment, return tracking, readiness checks, and documentation of camera kits before and after each deployment.
- Coordinate crew logistics for live events, including booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, schedules, and other travel requirements.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipping with logistics partners, including shipment scheduling, tracking, documentation, customs considerations, delivery confirmation, returns, and communication with internal teams, crew, clients, and event partners.
- Help maintain equipment inventory and deployment readiness by updating records, tracking kit assignments, flagging missing or damaged items and coordinating repairs or replacements with guidance.
- Work with finance and accounting teams to track crew costs, travel expenses, production expenses, invoices, receipts, and event-related budget updates.
- Maintain production documentation including call sheets, equipment checklists, cost trackers, risk considerations, and post-event notes.
- Help support post-event reviews by identifying strong moments, operational lessons, and opportunities to improve future deployments.
- Represent POVORA professionally with clients, broadcasters, sports organizations, rights holders, and event partners.Essential Skills and Experience
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to help coordinate crew, equipment, travel, and schedules for live broadcasts and events.
- An interest in live production and a willingness to learn broadcast workflows, technical terminology, and broadcaster requirements.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to work closely with production teams, technical crews, vendors, and clients.
- Ability to stay organized and adapt when plans or priorities change, particularly in the lead-up to and during live events.
- Strong attention to detail when managing travel arrangements, equipment records, production paperwork, and expenses.
- Confidence using spreadsheets and learning new scheduling, inventory, and production systems.Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience in an administrative, coordination, or operational support role, within production or another industry.
- Familiarity with live broadcast workflows, including camera feeds, production communications and event-day timing.
- Experience arranging travel, tracking equipment, or supporting cost and expense administration.Work Requirements
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours, when required, to support live broadcasts and events.
