Join Us.Envu is proud to be certified as a Top Employer 2026 in France and the United StatesFUNCTION: Product SupplyLOCATION: Lyon, FranceJOB TYPE: PermanentJOB GRADE: 5GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA: Production & Materials Planning Specialist ensures material availability and production continuity, with a strong focus on coordinating relabeling activities to optimize inventory, reduce excess stock, and enhance supply chain flexibility.YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: Coordinates with tollers and manufacturing partners to support production scheduling activities aligned with supply and demand priorities while maintaining adherence to frozen periods and committed production slots.Coordinates cross-functional relabeling activities with the 3PL and Label Coordinator to drive excess stock reduction and increase flexibility across the supply chain.Monitors production & relabeling execution and identifies potential issues related to toller capacity, material availability, and supply disruptions. Works with Supply Planning and Procurement teams to support timely resolution and escalates risks when required.Monitors inventory levels at toller sites, supporting alignment with inventory targets and helping mitigate risks of shortages or excess stock. Collaborates with Supply Planning and AI planners to support supply balancing and inventory optimization activities.Executes materials planning, procurement and relabeling activities in alignment with tollers or 3PL to ensure material availability.Supports the S&OE process by providing short-term supply visibility, analyzing exceptions, and recommending rescheduling actions to support execution of the agreed supply plan.Runs MRP calculations on a daily and weekly basis, validating planning parameters such as lead times, order quantities, and safety stock levels to support accurate material replenishment and planning accuracy.Maintains planning parameters and incorporates supplier feedback on lead times, production constraints, and delivery schedules within planning systems to support material availability and continuity of supply.Maintains production and inventory data within ERP systems to ensure accurate visibility of completed batches, stock movements, intercompany transfer orders, and replenishment planning activities.Collaborates with Transport and Logistics teams to support the timely execution of intercompany transfers for finished goods and active ingredients. Coordinates transportation requirements to facilitate efficient material movement.Participates in continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing material planning processes, improving planning accuracy, and increasing efficiency in short-term MRP execution.Collaborates with Procurement, Industrialization, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Product Supply teams to monitor supplier performance, support compliance with material delivery commitments, identify supply constraints, and contribute to supplier improvement initiatives.ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?Main requirements: 3-5 years planning / scheduling experience, ideally APICS certifiedProficiency in ERP systems & planning tools, managing MRP runs, procurement orders, and inventoryStrong understanding of production scheduling and material availability, including alignment with planning cycles, toller capacity constraints, and frozen periodsExperience managing production planning with tollers or internal production, ensuring timely execution and issue resolution in outsourced environmentsExcellent problem-solving skills for resolving operational issues under tight timelines, such as capacity bottlenecks, material shortages, and unexpected production delaysStrong communication skills for cross-functional coordination, engaging with supply planners, material planners, logistics, and tollers to align on production priorities and resolve conflictsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, balancing production schedules, material readiness, and logisticsExperience in material planning & MRP execution, ensuring material replenishment, supplier collaboration, and exception handlingProficiency in English and additional local toller language preferred Envu is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants, regardless of ethnicity, color, race, religion, origin, age, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other conditions.
