Production and Operations Manager – HDPE Fittings

The company emphasizes reliability and strong customer relationships, positioning itself as a trusted supporter of project success.Purpose: Turn the production plan into consistent, compliant output, from injection moulding through preparation of the fittings for wire laying.ResponsibilitiesPrepare daily and weekly production plans and monitor output against them.Organize and follow up on injection moulding machines and moulds, and set operating parameters with the technical team.Follow up on the first-off sample for each production run and verify the part’s dimensions, weight, and appearance.Coordinate the flow of parts between injection moulding, cooling, inspection, and wire laying.Monitor PE100 resin consumption, scrap, and rework, and reduce waste and downtime.Train operators in safe operation, mould changes, and work instructions.Record production, downtime, scrap, and the causes of problems, and provide clear reports to management.Work with Quality and Maintenance to identify and address the causes of defects—not just sort out defective products after production.Required experienceHands-on experience in plastic injection moulding of fittings, preferably HDPE fittings or water-network products.Practical knowledge of injection moulding machines, moulds, mould changes, and common injection defects.Experience organizing small or medium-sized production lines, with the ability to step in and work hands-on when required.Experience with Electrofusion products or their preparation stages is an advantage, even if the candidate has not directly managed wire laying.Able to work in a new factory: establish procedures, solve problems, train employees, and coordinate with other functions.Able to work with suppliers and technicians and read technical manuals and drawings.Technical English is an advantage.Experience with HDPE fittings for water networks or electrofusion products is strongly preferred.Not suitable for this positionExperience limited to operating pipe extrusion lines.An administrative candidate who cannot follow up on the machine, the part, and production problems on the factory floor.نبذة عن الشركةمصنع سند المشروعات لإنتاج تركيبات الأنابيب مصنع متخصص في تصنيع وصلات أنابيب البولي إيثيلين عالي الكثافة (HDPE)، ويعمل شريكًا موثوقًا لمشروعات البنية التحتية. يلتزم المصنع بتطبيق معايير جودة عالية، ودقة التنفيذ، والالتزام بمواعيد التسليم؛ بما يعزز ثقة العملاء على المدى الطويل. وتُصمَّم منتجاته لتلبية متطلبات المشروعات المختلفة، والإسهام في إنشاء شبكات أنابيب قوية وفعالة. كما يحرص المصنع على بناء علاقات متينة مع عملائه، وأن يكون شريكًا يعتمد عليه في إنجاح مشروعاتهم.الهدف من الوظيفةتحويل خطة الإنتاج إلى منتجات مطابقة للمواصفات وبجودة مستقرة، بدءًا من مرحلة الحقن وحتى تجهيز الوصلات لمرحلة تركيب السلك.المهام والمسؤولياتإعداد خطط الإنتاج اليومية والأسبوعية، ومتابعة الإنتاج الفعلي مقارنة بالخطة.تنظيم ومتابعة ماكينات الحقن والقوالب، وضبط إعدادات التشغيل بالتنسيق مع الفريق الفني.فحص عينة التشغيل الأولى من كل دفعة إنتاج، والتحقق من أبعاد القطعة ووزنها ومظهرها.تنسيق انتقال القطع بين مراحل الحقن والتبريد والفحص وتركيب السلك.متابعة استهلاك خامة PE100، وتقليل الهالك وإعادة التشغيل وفترات التوقف.تدريب المشغلين على التشغيل الآمن، وتغيير القوالب، واتباع تعليمات العمل.تسجيل كميات الإنتاج والتوقفات والهالك وأسباب المشكلات، وإعداد تقارير واضحة للإدارة.التعاون مع إدارتي الجودة والصيانة لتحديد أسباب العيوب ومعالجتها من مصدرها، وليس الاكتفاء بفرز المنتجات المعيبة بعد الإنتاج.الخبرة والمؤهلات المطلوبةخبرة عملية في حقن القطع البلاستيكية، ويفضل في وصلات HDPE أو منتجات شبكات المياه.معرفة عملية بماكينات الحقن والقوالب وطرق تغييرها وعيوب الحقن الشائعة.خبرة في تنظيم خطوط إنتاج صغيرة أو متوسطة، مع الاستعداد للمشاركة العملية عند الحاجة.تُعد الخبرة في منتجات اللحام الكهربائي (Electrofusion) أو مراحل تجهيزها ميزة إضافية، حتى إن لم يكن المرشح قد تولّى إدارة مرحلة تركيب السلك مباشرة.القدرة على العمل في مصنع جديد، والمساهمة في تأسيس الإجراءات وحل المشكلات وتدريب العاملين والتنسيق مع الإدارات الأخرى.القدرة على التعامل مع الموردين والفنيين وقراءة الكتيبات الفنية والرسومات.إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية الفنية ميزة إضافية.تُعطى الأفضلية لمن لديه خبرة في وصلات HDPE المستخدمة في شبكات المياه أو منتجات اللحام الكهربائي.غير مناسب للوظيفةمن تقتصر خبرته على تشغيل خطوط سحب المواسير.المرشح ذو الخبرة الإدارية فقط، الذي لا يستطيع متابعة الماكينات والمنتجات ومشكلات الإنتاج ميدانيًا.
