Production & Quality Manager | Reef GroupPosition Title: Production & Quality ManagerLocation: Saudi ArabiaJob Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Production & Quality Manager to manage and monitor quality and production activities, ensuring production plans are executed according to approved specifications and standards. The role focuses on monitoring the quality of products, materials, and manufacturing outputs to ensure product availability with high quality and on time, while supporting operational efficiency, reducing waste, and meeting the requirements of branches and markets.Key ResponsibilitiesManage quality and production activities and oversee the implementation of operational plans in line with company requirements and supply chain needs.Monitor daily and weekly production plans and ensure execution according to approved quantities, schedules, and specifications.Supervise the quality inspection of raw materials and finished products and ensure compliance with quality standards and technical specifications.Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Inventory, and Warehousing departments to ensure the availability of required production materials on time.Monitor the performance of production lines or manufacturers and ensure compliance with quality and efficiency standards while minimizing downtime and delays.Analyze quality and production issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.Monitor waste, damaged products, and returns related to production and quality and provide recommendations for improvement.Review and approve quality, inspection, and production reports before submission to management, ensuring data accuracy and quality of outputs.Develop and improve quality and production procedures to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors and operating costs.Monitor compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards throughout all stages of production, storage, and handling.Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to address quality issues, delays, or non-conformities in accordance with approved procedures.Support new product launches by monitoring production readiness, approving samples, and ensuring compliance with specifications.Prepare periodic reports on production and quality, achievement rates, waste, issues, and improvement recommendations.Monitor quality and production KPIs, analyze variances, and submit improvement plans to management.Other ResponsibilitiesPerform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the direct manager or their delegate.Required QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Quality Management, or an equivalent field.Experience7–10 years of relevant experience.Required CompetenciesAbility to manage quality and production operations and monitor the execution of operational plans.Strong skills in analyzing quality and production issues and identifying root causes.Good knowledge of quality standards, inspection procedures, and product and material control processes.Ability to coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Inventory, suppliers, and manufacturers.Ability to lead teams, improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance the quality of outputs.Required TrainingTotal Quality Management and Quality Control.Production Planning and Monitoring.Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions.Waste Management and Operational Efficiency Improvement.ERP Systems and Production & Quality Reporting.Why Join Us?This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing organization where you will play a key role in ensuring product quality, production efficiency, and operational excellence.
