Production Assembler - Kit Room

Production Assembler - Kit Room role:This position is responsible for the assembly and production of testing kits as per Manufacturing Work Orders and Work Instructions. Responsibilities include: capping, precharging containers with chemicals or preservatives, labelling and/or bagging or any other required activities; assemble into kits; shrink-wrap; pack and prepare for shipment.Prepare and apply labels and/or bar-codes.Pick orders of kits for shipment.Skills Required:Team player - work with others in production/ labs areasOrganized and strong attention to detailDexterity with handsEffective English communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to lift approx. 40- 50 lbs.Note: Safety boots or Steel toe boots are required as PPE for this role. The rest of PPE will be provided by the employer.Day hours: Monday to Friday 6:45am - 3:15 pm (No weekends)Compensation: hourly start range $19.05Public transportation is NOT available to get to the plant.
