This role supports day-to-day garment production activities, including coordinating workflow, preparing materials, and assisting with cutting, stitching, and finishing processes as needed. The Production Assistant helps monitor quality standards, ensures products meet specifications, and collaborates closely with production team members and supervisors. Responsibilities also include maintaining organized work areas, supporting order tracking, and communicating with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines. Occasional interaction with customers or sales staff may be required to clarify order details and support smooth delivery of client projects.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Production Assistance, including coordinating tasks, supporting garment manufacturing processes, and handling basic production documentation.Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, with the ability to inspect garments, identify defects, and ensure finished products meet company and client standards.Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service, with a focus on clear communication, professionalism, and supporting internal and external stakeholders.Candidates should possess skills in Editing related to production documentation or labels, ensuring accuracy of order details, size information, and product specifications.Candidates should possess strong Teamwork skills, including collaboration with production staff, supervisors, and other departments in a fast-paced environment.Basic knowledge of garment manufacturing, textiles, or uniform production is beneficial.Ability to follow instructions, manage time effectively, and work safely on the production floor.Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or apparel environment is an advantage.Ability to communicate clearly in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
