We just require you to care.We’re looking for someone who is nice, hardworking, proactive, dependable, and willing to learn.You’ll assist with production, prepare and pack orders, make deliveries throughout DFW, help keep the roastery clean and organized, and learn how to roast coffee.The goal is for this role to grow into a Production Roaster position.
