Point to Point serves clients across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Al Ain, delivering customized indoor and outdoor signage, vehicle branding, acrylic displays, and event hoardings. With an experienced team and reliable machinery, the company focuses on precision, speed, and durability, managing projects from concept through installation for businesses of all sizes.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Associate role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Production Associate supports daily operations across signage and printing production lines, assisting with setup, material handling, and workflow coordination to meet project deadlines. Responsibilities include operating and monitoring production machines such as printers, cutters, and laminators under supervision, ensuring proper calibration and safe usage. The role involves performing basic quality checks on finished products, identifying defects, and collaborating with team members to maintain consistent standards. The Production Associate also helps keep the production area organized, follows safety procedures, and adapts to changing priorities and tasks as project needs evolve.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Production Assistance and working on Production Lines to support day-to-day manufacturing activities.Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation, including basic setup, monitoring, and safe handling of production equipment.Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, with attention to detail for inspecting materials and finished products.Candidates should be Easily Adaptable, able to adjust to different tasks, workflows, and project requirements in a fast-paced environment.Basic technical understanding of printing, signage, or manufacturing processes is beneficial.Ability to follow instructions, adhere to safety standards, and work effectively in a team-oriented production environment.Prior experience in a production, printing, or signage facility is an advantage but not mandatory.High school diploma or equivalent preferred; willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential.
