The Production Associate supports daily operations on production lines, including preparing materials, feeding components into machines, and assisting with packaging and labeling of medical devices. The role involves operating and monitoring production machinery, following standard operating procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The Production Associate performs basic quality checks, reports deviations, and collaborates with supervisors and colleagues to meet production targets and safety requirements. This role requires flexibility to perform different tasks as needed and adherence to all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Production Assistance and working on Production Lines.Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and basic equipment handling.Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and attention to detail.Candidates should be Easily Adaptable and able to learn new tasks quickly.Basic knowledge of manufacturing or medical device operations is beneficial.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures.Strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and compliance in a production environment.Previous experience in factory or assembly work is an advantage.
