Production CoordinatorNew York, NY | Full-Time | In-Office, 5 Days/WeekMONSE is looking for a highly organized, proactive Production Coordinator to join our growing team in New York.The primary objective of this role is to keep production flowing and ensure orders arrive on time. You’ll own day-to-day production tracking and WIP, work closely with domestic and international factories and suppliers, and proactively identify and escalate anything putting production timelines at risk.We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, persistent, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.ResponsibilitiesOwn and maintain daily production WIP and Time & Action calendars across Excel and GCSTrack orders from PO issuance through factory production, shipping, and warehouse deliveryProactively identify delays and bottlenecks and drive follow-up with the appropriate teamsCommunicate directly with domestic and international factories, fabric mills, and trim suppliersCoordinate cross-functionally with Production, Technical Design, Finance/Operations, and warehouse teamsIssue and manage POs for factories, trims, and raw materials within approved budgetsMaintain accurate costing, BOM, PO, and shipping information in GCSManage trim purchasing and track materials against production needsTrack development and production samples and maintain organized sample recordsCoordinate and track inbound and outbound production shipmentsPrepare weekly production reports and provide clear visibility into production status, risks, and upcoming deliveriesQualifications2–4+ years of experience in apparel production, product development, or a related roleExperience working directly with factories and vendors; luxury or contemporary fashion experience preferredStrong Excel skills and experience with production/WIP tracking; GCS or similar ERP experience is a plusExtremely organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple timelines simultaneouslyStrong communicator who knows how to get clear, timely answers from vendorsProactive and solutions-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and follow-throughComfortable working in a lean, fast-moving environment where responsibilities can be broadBased in New York and able to work in-office five days per weekAbout MONSEMONSE is a New York-based luxury fashion brand founded by Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia, known for deconstructed tailoring and a modern approach to American luxury.We are a small, entrepreneurial team entering our next stage of growth and are looking for someone excited to help us build and scale alongside the business.
