Production Coordinator

We are looking for an organised and proactive Production Coordinator to join our joinery team in Dubai.The ideal candidate will coordinate between design, production, procurement, site teams and project management to ensure joinery works are delivered smoothly, on time and to the required quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily production activities and project requirements Liaise with production, design, procurement and site teams.Track production schedules, material requirements and delivery timelines.Monitor project progress and follow up on pending actionsEnsure drawings, materials and production requirements are aligned before manufacturing.Coordinate deliveries and installation schedules.Maintain accurate production records and provide regular progress updates.Identify potential delays and coordinate solutions with relevant teams.

Requirements

We are seeking applicants with experience working on commercial joinery projects A strong understanding of joinery installations and site coordination. Adaptable, able to shift priorities as project needs change while maintaining a positive attitude.A hands-on, can-do attitude with the flexibility to step in wherever needed and ensure every aspect of the project is delivered successfully.Strong coordination and organisational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Good communication and follow-up skills.Proficiency in Autocad, MS Office; knowledge of ERP/production management systems is an advantage.UAE driving licence is preferred.If you are detail-oriented, hands-on and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, we would love to hear from you.Apply now and join our growing team!
